Acquisition v1.0

play-sharp-fill

Some departments with smaller budgets than larger agencies usually rely on generic bodycams to protect their officers against false information and to retain video evidence of interactions with civilians. The problem with generic bodycams is there usually isn’t a way to extract video footage easily and all at once from multiple bodycams.

Utilizing Acquisition v1.0: Officers at the end of their shift can dock their bodycams in a dock and footage will automatically be extracted from the bodycam while it’s charging. The footage once copied can also be sent over a very secure encryption connection to Watch Commanders for review. The footage on the bodycam is then purged and the bodycam is prep for redeployment for another shift.

The software uses dedicated machines for information transfer and retention. All data is fully encrypted at-rest using AES-256.

– All footage is organized per serials & assigned Officer ID’s of bodycams.

– Settings can be configured to keep all information offline for review instead of uploading for remote backup to BOX.

– Automatically purge old video footage based on number of days from local & remote storage.

– Rouge device detection of unassigned foreign bodycams not authorized.

– Tamper Detection of evidence on local storage as well as remote storage.
